Symptoms

Some users 'Display Name' is blank when you try to search users in the 'Identity Self Service' > 'Track Requests'.

Steps :

1. Log in 'Identity Self Service' and go to 'Track Requests'.

2. Select 'Beneficiary'

3. Click on the magnifying glass icon with screentips 'Search Beneficiary'

4. User lists show up and you might notice that some users do not have 'Display Name'.
