Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Content Server

WebCenter Content Bundle Patch 12.2.1.4.230117 Breaks COAO As Java Applets Lose Their SSL Signed Status.
When attempting to use CheckOutAndOpen (COAO) after installing Patchset 34781126 - WebCenter Content Bundle Patch 12.2.1.4.230117,
the following error occurs when COAO is attempting to be used.
