Symptoms

After applying OSS BP patch 32575741 Oracle HTTP Server(OHS) mod_wl_ohs connections failed with READ_ERROR_FROM_SERVER.
Issue reproduced with new releases of OSS BP 32575741, 33877829, 34840232.
Issue does not reproduce when:
