Oracle Identity Governance (OIG): Accounts Do Not Appear in the Accounts Tab, However the Data Exists in UD and Account (OIU) Tables (Doc ID 2943192.1)

Symptoms

One or more accounts are provisioned successfully to the user.  However, the accounts do not appear in the 'Accounts' tab at all.  A careful review of the data in the UD and OIU tables indicates that the accounts are actually linked to the user correctly, but not visible in the UI.
