Count Of Tasks Is Not Showing For BPM Workspace Views Upon Login (Doc ID 2943502.1)

Symptoms

The user has set in BPM Workspace application:

- "Show Task count for views" enabled through "Edit inbox settings"
- Administration -> Application Preferences -> "Display count of tasks in each view" set to 'Auto'

However the following behavior has been noticed:

1. when the user logins to the application only the counter for 'My Tasks' seeded view is visible. If the user presses refresh button on the right side of the application window the counters for all existing views are displayed.

2. even when all counters are visible, if the user leaves the 'Tasks' page to go to 'Process tracking', for example, when coming back to 'Tasks' page again only the counter for the selected view is visible.

Changes

Upgrade from SOA 12.2.1.3.0 to 12.2.1.4.0
