'Analyze with OPatch' Feature Error: "The selected platform must match the inventory platform and the platform of the selected patches." (Doc ID 2944140.1)

Goal

When attempting to use the 'Analyze with OPatch' feature with opatch lsinventory file and Patch 35268643: SOA Stack Patch Bundle 12.2.1.4.230407, after selecting the platform the following message occurs.

"The selected platform must match the inventory platform and the platform of the selected patches."



The lsinventory indicates platform is "Microsoft Windows Server 2003 (64-bit AMD)", however, this platform is not found in the platform drop-down.
