Transactions Through OSB_SERVER Are Failing In SOA (Doc ID 2944570.1)

Symptoms

Transactions through OSB_SERVER are returning "Unauthorized" failure message only on Node 1 Server (Our SOA is a Two Node Architecture) and on Node 2, the transactions are going through without any issues.

Changes

Server restart was done as part of patching activity.
