WebCenter Forms Recognition Web Verifier User Account is not Picking Up Group Settings (Doc ID 2944591.1)

Symptoms

One AP user encountered the below error message when trying to access WFR Web Verifier:

WebCenter Forms Recognition Web Verifier

The project setting has not been configured yet.  The batches cannot be opened with no no project file configured.

Please switch to the application settings and select the project to open the documents with.


The solution from Document 2266986.1 - WFR Web Verifier Error "The project setting has not been configured yet. The batches cannot be opened with no project file configured." Occur was applied without success.

The Web Verifier users Group Settings have been configured and are working as expected for all other users in the group.

Changes

User had been added, deleted, and added back to the Web Verifier users group in Designer.
