Goal
When troubleshooting UI and UI performance issues, it is sometimes necessary for Support to request additional information about the network requests that are generated in your browser while an issue occurs. As a result, Support may ask you to record a HTTP Archive (HAR) of your session, and then upload the HAR file to the SR for further analysis.
This document explains how the HAR file can be created on different browsers
