Using stopWebLogic.sh to Stop AdminServer with Default SSL Port Fails with "Destination unreachable" Message (Doc ID 2948009.1)

Symptoms

 Using stopWebLogic.sh to stop AdminServer with default SSL(7002) port fails with "Destination unreachable" message.
It will encounter disable HTTP port (7001) and to use only default SSL port. It may get following two pattarn messages.
