Symptoms
Applying the Oracle Access Manager (OAM) Bundle Patch (BP) 34320916, breaks authentication.
- Note the 11.1.2.3.x (BP22), is for Market Driven Support (MDS) customers
- OAM Metadata Repository Database is 19c
- OAM_ADMIN deployment shows 'Failed' state in the WebLogic console
- Can not log into protected resources
- Can Not log into the OAM admin application, "Error 404--Not Found"
- In the Admin server diag log ...
- After rolling back the bundle patch, there is no issue
