PageUp / PageDown Keys Do Not Scroll Up / Down In Multi-Line Text Item When Web Deploying Forms (Doc ID 294972.1)

Symptoms

 PageUp and PageDown keys are mapped to Forms product actions 'Scroll Up' and 'Scroll Down'

When running Oracle Forms on MS Windows in client-server mode, pressing PageUp and PageDown keys results in a scroll up and down through the text when cursor focus is in a multi-line item. When cursor focus is in a normal (i.e not multi-line) text item PageUp and PageDown will result in a scroll up and down through the records in the block.

The behaviour is different when deploying forms over the web. Pressing these keys will always result in a scroll up and down through records in a block no matter whether the cursor focus is in a normal text item or a multi-line text item.
