Symptoms

For security reasons, customer reports that they regularly update their database schema passwords, including the password for the OPSS schema. After this is changed, they run modifyBootStrapCredential to update the OPSS schema in their Fusion Middleware installation.

After the system was recently patched, customer reports seeing this error when running modifyBootStrapCredential:
