Symptoms

When testing the https URL, getting the following error:

This site can’t provide a secure connection
<> uses an unsupported protocol.
ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH
Unsupported protocol
The client and server don't support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite.

Note:
Issue matches the one described in this document-> "ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH" When Running ORDS In HTTPS With AutoSSL - Self Signed Certificates (Document 2865556.1)
But Oracle JDK is not available for IBM AIX.
