Error "java.sql.SQLException: SQL string is not Query" Seen During OAM Load/Stress Testing (Doc ID 2951242.1)

Symptoms

While running an OAM  load/stress test the following error is intermittently seen in the OAM diagnostic log file:

When the same load/stress testing is done with the SME optimizations disabled (by setting the system property -Doam.smedb.optimizeSessionUpdates=false) there are no errors reported.
