BPM Task Form Not Showing After Updating Host In Task Administration Tab (SOA EM Console) (Doc ID 2951504.1)

Symptoms


After changing host name to a new one in human task (from EM Console -> Composite ->Task -> Administration Tab -> Worklist), the task form was not visible in BPM Worklist. In the logs the previous Host name was still seen.
