Change endpoint URL of a SOAP web service in 12c

Customer needs to change the WS endpoint of a SOAP web service used in composites, without deploying a new version of the composite.

In 11g they used to change the URL through MBean browser, but is not possible anymore in 12c (one can do the changes, but they are not saved).

The procedure used in 11g was the following:

• Search "SCAReference"
• Browse the tree to go to the service you want to change choosing the composite and revision
• Go to WSBinding in the tree
• Go to operations setStringProperty
• Add property (i.e. p1=endpointURI ; p2=http://host/osbdesktops/mandesk/proxy/1.5/LogRequestHistoryServiceProxy?wsdl) and invoke
• Return and go to operations save and invoke

We tried the same steps in EM in 12c but the changes do not persist.
We also tried the same using wlst commands based on SOA 11g: SOA Properties MBean Changed by WLST gets Reset when the Weblogic Server is Restarted (Doc ID 1505550.1) but still no change...

Is there way to achieve the above in 12c?
