Facing Image Quality Issues after installing OWEC Patch 33788130

After Installing 33788130 OWEC Bundle Patch 12.2.1.4.200226 in Capture Application,  We observed reduction in quality of PDF Output which are getting processed by Capture for the PDF-Image only option.


The Images are noticeably Pixelated and of poor quality.
