Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When the report is generated using desformat=enhancedspreadsheet, some records are missing. But the values from those missing records are included in other fields, such as the Total fields.
WHAT IS WORKING
The correct output is displayed if the format of the report is set to PDF. Also, the number of records are correct when the report is run directly from the Reports Builder.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a web browser.
2. Go to the URL to open the Forms application.
3. Perform the steps to go to the screen to run a report.
4. Enter the details of the report.
5. Choose Excel format output.
