Purpose

This MOS Note provides information on how to change OVMM DB backups interval and retention policy in Exalogic Virtual racks.

By default OVMM DB auto backups interval is every 24 hours and default retention count for DB backups is 10. In some cases, there may be a need to have OVMM DB backups more regularly than 24 hours and requirement to change the default OVMM DB backups retention. Steps in this MOS note will be useful for those usecases.
