Goal

 
For a disconnected application, the modify request Manual fulfillment does not show the correct entitlement data similar to approval request

For a Flat file connector with disconnected provisioning enabled, the Manual fulfillment modify request also display the entitlement which was not modified. The data is displayed correctly in the Operational approval request and incorrect data shown in Manual fulfillment request.
