Cannot Connect To Database With 503 Error After Changing Connect Information (Doc ID 2953929.1)

Goal

After changing the hostname by "ords config" command, 503 error occurs and cannot connect to the database.

Example:

 
At the time, the following error occurs.

  The database password secret in the wallet associated with the pool named: |default|lo| is missing.

  Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01005: null password given; logon denied
