Unable To Mask the Password In the Diagnostic.log File (Doc ID 2954360.1)

A request is being recorded in the diagnostic log that does not have the password masked.
The OWSM client policy being used is masking the password successfully, but the unmasked password is showing up in the diagnostic.log regardless of error level.

It is necessary to determine what is causing this to happen in the environment.
