Symptoms
It is common to see ADF errors when accessing application via Load Balancer (LB).
Most of the times, the error does not show up when the Load balancer is taken out, or the application is accessed using the managed server URL.
The same scenario can be seen with other network elements: proxies, VPN, Name Server, DMZ, or any other participant in the networking infrastructure.
Changes
Adding the Load Balancer (or other external element) causes some ADF error.
