Unable To Deploy Composites (Doc ID 2955518.1)

Goal

We have installed new SOA Suite 12.2.1.4.0 based on following document.

Customer can see a strange issue where a composite is getting deployed in SOA PRE environment but it's actually getting deployed in SOA TEST. This is weird behaviour. Although there is no relation between SOA PRE and SOA TEST. We have followed virtual host during installation. Customer also tried to clear all tmp and cache from Admin and Managed servers in SOA PRE.
