Problem When Approving Human Task By Email

Symptoms
The user is reporting that he cannot approve human task instance by email.
The user receives actionable email notification from SOA server informing that a new task instance has been assigned to him. He presses Approve/Reject button and sends the approval email message to the server, however when logging into the application he notices the approval email was not processed and the task is still pending for his action.
SOA server logs the following error while trying to process the received approval email message:
