On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, Fabric

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Oracle SOA deployment from JDeveloper fails with Login failed for an unknown reason: HTTP 404 Not Found


It is possible to deploy from a server within the OCI cloud colocated with the server running Oracle SOA Suite. but not from (customer) local JDEV

deployment via EM console works OK


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
able to deploy to OCI environment using JDEV
