JDeveloper Webservice Generate Error With "UNDER" Keyword (Doc ID 2956432.1)

Symptoms

 Using JDeveloper 12.2.1.4.0 to create a SOAP Web Service from PL/SQL Package that includes the "UNDER" keyword, below error is observed:

org.eclipse.persistence.tools.dbws.DBWSBuilder logMessage

WARNING: Parse error at line 1, column 50. Encountered: UNDER

WARNING: No procedures were found matching the following: [<PACKAGE>.<PROCEDURE_1>] [<PACKAGE>.<PROCEDURE_2>) [<PACKAGE>.<PROCEDURE_3>] [<PACKAGE>.<PROCEDURE_4>)

Changes

The functionality to create WS code was changed to TopLlink in JDeveloper 12c.
