Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) 12c: Line Items Show Incorrect When "Row Displayed" Parameter Is Modified To Default Value (10) (Doc ID 2956678.1)

Last updated on JUNE 23, 2023

Applies to:

Identity Manager - Version 12.2.1.4.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Under any type of certification task (User, Role, Entitlement and Application instance), line items display as per previous selection of "Row displayed" value when it is set back to default value of "10".
This issue is observed on summary page as well as detailed page of line items.

For example:
When you modify the "Row Displayed" from default value "10" to any other value from the available list of 20, 50 or 100 (e.g 20), it shows all 20 line items as expected. Now modify the "Row Displayed" back to default value "10".  It still shows all 20 line items as per previous selection of "Rows Displayed".  It should display only 10 line items as per current selection of "Rows Displayed" value.

Note: Reported issue occurrs only when "Rows displayed" is set back to default value “10” not for other values.

Changes

Upgrade of Oracle Identity Manager from 11g to 12c version.
