Folder Migration Menu Option Is Not Visible After Enabling ShowFolderMigrationMenu (Doc ID 2957366.1)

On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, Content Server

In the process of migrating from Folders G to Framework Folders. Added the configuration entry ShowFolderMigrationMenu=1 in config.cfg per the following document:

However, the Folder Migration option is not available under the Administration Menu.
