WFR Line Pairing With BLANKET PO and Error "Line pairing cannot be performed: No PO lines available" Occurs in the H Log (Doc ID 2957421.1)

When processing invoices in WebCenter Forms Recognition (WFR) with BLANKET PO (all lines are open and available), the BLANKET PO# was extracted and valid.  All invoice lines were also extracted, but WFR logged with "Line pairing cannot be performed: No PO lines available" for PO Line Pairing message in H Log.

When checking the source View: XX_OFR_PO_LINES_V, for the BLANKET PO#, all PO lines are missing.  Is WFR able to process invoices with BLANKET PO on line pairing ? If so, how can this be achieved?
