Symptoms

Password Policy UI issue, '<' and '>' characters are not available to set with the error message 'The input string should not contain invalid characters'.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Access to OAM console > Password Policy.
2. Select 'Characters Not Allowed'
3. Input '<' or '>' Characters
4. 'The input string should not contain invalid characters' comes up
