Accessing WebLogic Admin Console Fails with 404 Error (Doc ID 2960438.1)

Symptoms

Unable to access the WebLogic Server Admin Console even though the Admin Server is up and running. Accessing https://ip-address:port/console gives a 404 error. The Admin Server out file shows the below error
