OAM 12c: MFA OTP Audit Reports for OAM Not Available In BI Publisher And Filter Not Show All Filter Values (Doc ID 2962607.1)

Symptoms

The MFA OTP Audit Reports for OAM are not listed in the BI Publisher and filter doesn't show all the filter values

For example, As a Audit Report for "Authentication_History", there are filters for "Iau_Eventtypes" ; such as "LocalLogout", "CreateUserSession" and "LocalAuthentication" etc.

However, those filter doesn't exist and only "Authenticaion" filter exists for "Iau_Eventtypes".
