Goal
The admin guide states uniqueness can be enforced against any attribute, but isn't clear that each attribute requires creating a new instance of the plug-in.

Also, this procedure is specific to the command line using the dsconf command as the admin guide states: "You cannot use DSCC to perform this task. Use the command line, as described in this procedure."
