Symptoms

In the README for July 2023 SPB (12.2.1.4.0: Patch 35602682, 14.1.1.0.0: Patch 35601596), the doc is "Doc ID 2421487.1 Oracle Critical Patch Update (CPU) July 2023 for Oracle Java SE".

However, "Doc ID 2421487.1" is "Restricting Incoming Serialized Java Objects to Oracle WebLogic Server - New with WLS PSUs".

In addition, "Oracle Critical Patch Update (CPU) July 2023 for Oracle Java SE" is "Doc ID 2957260.1".
