SPBAT Precheck Fails with Error "[ERROR] - [analyze] : [580]- OPatch version command has Failed" (Doc ID 2963973.1)

Symptoms

SPBAT precheck throws error as below:

  

 In the working scenario spbat is invoking opatch_generic.jar from /<PATH_TO>/WLS_SPB_12.2.1.4.230112/tools/spbat/generic/SPBAT/logs/JPRINTEGRAPP001_spb_precheck_2023-04-04_18-32-39/opupg/opatch/generic/6880880

Where as in failure case the opatch_generic.jar is getting invoked from agent directory.
