Symptoms

When start Reports Builder, it gets stuck(hang) on the startup Logo, like this:

 

 

REP-56081 is logged in runtime_diagnostic.log.

<DOMAIN_HOME>\servers\<Reports Tools Name>\logs\runtime_diagnostic.log
