OTD Listener Is Unable to Use the Newly Renewed Certificate (Doc ID 2966443.1)

Symptoms

A new certificate is issued based on an old CSR created for the current certificate. A proper certificate chain including the SSL server certificate, Intermediate CA certificate and Root CA certificate is created. The chain certificates is imported through /em console using the alias associated with the current certificate. The import went successfully. But when configuring the listener to use the newly renewed certificate the following error occurs on the /em console:
