Symptoms

On Oracle Tuxedo System and Applications Monitor (TSAM),  Tuxedo gets partitioned within 1-2 days after starting monitoring with OEM13C. It runs in MP mode. when tlisten is started with RMI, the cluster breaks between both nodes, so each node works independently.

In the top command, tlisten is always listed among the high-usage commands. The user wants to know why the application gets partitioned.
