What all are additional jar requirements for making a RIDC call in the following scenarios:

Scenario 1 :
  When using RIDC jar oracle.ucm.ridc-11.1.1.jar
  Connection client : idc://hostName:port


Scenario 2:
  When using RIDC jar oracle.ucm.ridc-11.1.1.jar
  Connection client : http://hostName:port


Scenario 3:
  When using RIDC jar oracle.ucm.ridc.jar
  Connection client : idc://hostName:port


Scenario 4:
  When using RIDC jar oracle.ucm.ridc.jar
  Connection client : http://hostName:port
