Symptoms

Configuring Docker image for ORDS /APEX by Pulling ORDS from Container Registry https://container-registry.oracle.com
While following steps to create Connect strong file and pulling image, following error appears

INFO : This container will start a service running ORDS 23.2.0 and APEX 23.1.0.
INFO : CONN_STRING has been found in the container variables file.
ERROR: Cannot connect to database please validate CONN_STRING has below shape:
 user/password@hostname:port/service_name
