FRM-40367 Appears After July QPR 2023 Patching for Forms 12.2.1.4.0 Instance (Doc ID 2969726.1)

Symptoms

Forms based application is using COPY command to set condition for a field before Execution of Block data.
For example, In a PRE-QUERY-Tigger of a forms-program the following code referring Block column TEXT1 produced an error:
copy('#is NULL or TEXT1 >= 0', 'TEXT1');

FRM-40367 invalid criteria in field

Changes

 This code is working fine in FORMS 12.2.1.4.0 before patching with July QPR 2023 update.
