Scenario:
1. Duplicated oamcustompages.war into <custom_war_name>.war. <custom_war_name>.war will be deployed on the context /<custom_war_name>

2. Customized login.pl and login-<some_custom_name>.jsp

3. Issue with the following line:
oracle.security.am.pbl.transport.http.proxy.ServletCatalog.registerServlet("/pages/login.jsp", this);
