SOA Composties With JMS Adapter Throwing Eis Connectivity Error (Doc ID 2972378.1)

Symptoms

Some EIS connectivity errors were showing in the dashboard of EM console. All of the composites having JMS Adapter were impacted and stopped working when the error was seen.

Even after restarting the server, the same issue will persists after some hours. Bellow connection error was seen in the logs:
