After Migration, Table Only Uses Part of the Page (Doc ID 2975099.1)

Symptoms

An application was migrated from 11.1.1.7.0 to 12.2.1.4.0.
After this, it is seen there is a table in one of the pages that uses a very reduced space, and an image in another page is shown only in a fraction of the available space.
The expectation is that the table and the image should extend to use the complete space.
Due to this issue, application cannot be moved to production
