Symptoms

When installing Verrazzano 1.6.x the verrazano-ingress-nginx namespace is created for ingress-controller-ingress-nginx-controller pod.

However, if upgrade from 1.5.x to 1.6.x the namespace is still ingress-nginx.

Changes

 Upgrade from 1.5.x to 1.6.x
