Unable to Access OHS with "OHS:2079 Client SSL handshake error, nzos_Handshake returned 29019" (Doc ID 2975294.1)

1. Trying to access SSL enabled OHS webpage using external load balancer URLs failing with following errors in ohs1.log

OHS:2079 Client SSL handshake error, nzos_Handshake returned 29019

2. Enabled following SSL debugs in httpd.conf file, and restarted the OHS for detailed errors messages:

OraLogMode odl-text
OraLogSeverity TRACE:32
SSLTraceLogLevel ssl

3. Reproduced the issue and collected the below detailed logs messages:

4. Direct URLs working with OHS. only Load Balancer URLs failing.

Configured OHS with SSL and trying to access using external Load Balancer URLs.
