Symptoms

ENT_ASSIGN_PROV_MECHANISM Value Populated As 'RECONCILIATION' Instead of "DIRECT PROVISION" when using tcFormInstanceOperationsBean/addProcessFormChildData API.
This is happening in the case of access policy based provisioning without child form. 
The child form data is added through custom adapter on create user success using the mentioned API.
The access policy based provisioning having child table is working correctly with provisioning mechanism as 'ACCESS POLICY'.
