Unable to deploy jar file in OSB console after July 2023 CPU


Issue type: Unable to deploy jar file from OSB console
Issue Description: while deleting the old jar file to import updated jar file , OSB is throwing the following error

Failed to activate JCABindingService for wsdl: servicebus:{0}.wsdl, operation: receive, exception: BINDING.JCA-02484 java.util.MissingResourceException
